This $20.00 non-refundable fee for testing supports TDV's continuing efforts to provide therapy dog support and companionship throughout the many communities we serve. Upon successful completion of all certification requirements, this fee will be applied to the dues for your first year of membership. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your test, do not appear at your test, or fail the test− your fee will NOT be refunded.
