TDV 2009 Wish List
As you know, TDV is a 501(C)(3) that relies solely on membership dues and donations. Following is a list of supplies/equipment that would be helpful in running TDV more efficiently. Without the help and support of our many members and benefactors, TDV would not be able to sustain itself.
Laminator & Supplies — We use these for making TDV badges for our canine members. We currently make over 100 Photo ID badges a year.
Computer/Printer/Copier — Our volunteers currently use their own resources. This would eliminate the wear and tear on their equipment.
File Cabinets & Storage Bins — We have a tremendous amount of information that we need to archive each and every day. This would help us get better organized.
Storage Unit(s) — Presently all TDV materials are stored in various basements, attics, or just about anyplace something will fit. Ultimately, we would love to have office space for our volunteer staff as well as a permanent spot for evaluations and training. But in the interim, a designated storage unit would make our lives so much easier.
Donations - Donations, no matter how small, help us expand our free services. (No Officer or Volunteer is ever paid.) You can honor and preserve the memory of a special friend, family member, or companion animal by making a donation in their honor. A memorial donation pays tribute to beloved animals and animal lovers that serves a valuable purpose in the community—helping us provide therapy dog visits to the many people we serve. You will always receive a personal acknowledgement of your gift.
